History

Halo Group was founded in April 2004 by Bradley Waite, George Moilanen and Camille Elliott. Having been Partners in another successful IT Services firm, Great Lakes Technologies Group (1996-2002), these industry veterans started Halo Group on the simple premise that leading organizations will always require experienced IT resources. Their goal was to build strong relationships with clients and the local IT community providing clients and candidates with a “Single Source” for IT services.

By all measures the company has been very successful. Halo Group was profitable in its’ 2nd month of operation, and has grown considerably every quarter since its inception. The company has also won numerous awards including; Future 50, Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, Most Dependable, and Michigan 50 Companies to Watch.

Although the company has already accomplished much, we choose to look to the future -and it looks bright. Our team is more diverse, focused and productive then ever. Halo Group now has over 30 active clients in a variety of vertical markets, but is always looking for more. The organization has broadened its geographic reach, but will continue looking to grow in the right locales, with the right people.

Objectives for the future are simple. The company will continue to grow and prosper by working hard, caring about people, and having fun!
