2011 in Review
2011 was a great year for Halo Group. We are very lucky to have so many great Technical Consultants doing important work everyday for clients. Our experienced delivery team continues to grow relationships each day. I just reviewed our most recent statistics and we are running at over 50% interview-to-placement right now (meaning that clients hire 1 of every 2 HG consultants they interview). This is indicative of several things; first our Sr. Account Managers are doing a great job building relationships with clients and understanding their needs. Second, our Sr. Recruiters are building trusted long-term relationships with candidates. And finally, the Technical Consultants we present are high-quality technicians and people. This is just what clients expect when they engage us—great work all the way around.
Halo Group revenues in 2011 grew substantially, while we added several marquee clients in each office. Growth was split equally between permanent hire and contract staffing as we continue to see many clients adding technical bandwidth as they struggle to get projects done. We believe our growth will continue in 2012 given the slowly recovering economy, our investments in Atlanta and Dallas, and several new clients brought onboard last year.
